Leadership Programs
Our leadership programs focus on enabling you or your staff to transition into leadership roles. We offer programs for:
Future Leaders - people who are generally not in leadership roles but have shown potential, either through observation of their performance or through more formal training. Future leaders should have the following traits:
Strong motivation
Be dedicated to improving themselves
Have the ambition to grow
Be willing to be guided by a mentor, either selected for them or self-appointed
Emerging leaders - people who are already in leadership positions but are constrained by the functional focus of their role, for example:
Managers of a business unit within their educational or functional experience
People who have studied more broadly than their professional experience
They should exhibit the same traits outlined for future leaders
Our programs look at the experience individuals need to progress to the next career level. We work with them to establish the goals and timelines for demonstrating their ability to step up.
