CliftonStrengths are divided into four themes:

  • EXECUTING themes helps you make things happen

  • INFLUENCING themes help you take charge, speak up and make sure others are heard

  • RELATIONSHIP BUILDING themes help you build strong relationships that hold a team together

  • STRATEGIC THINKING themes help you absorb and analyse information that informs better decisions

Here’s an example of a genuine CliftonStrengths profile showing strengths in the four themes. Note that strengths six through thirty-four are not considered ‘weaknesses’; they’re just less significant for this person, based on how they answered the questions.
