Client Referral Form
We appreciate your business and your trust in our approach to coaching. As a way of thanking you, we’d like to offer you a lifetime discount of 25% for referring clients to us. Referred clients will also receive a 20% discount for up to ten coaching or mentoring sessions (minimum of three sessions). On the Bookings page, there are two new options (see the image below).
For clients you have referred to us, they can choose the Referred Client (20% Discount for up to ten sessions) option.
When you book a session, you can choose the Referring Client (25% Lifetime Discount) option.
Please complete the form below. The referred client must agree to you providing their contact information, and book and pay for a minimum of three sessions to qualify for the discount offer.
